Mary tried to hide the flash of hurt that crossed her face from his tone. She went into the castle without saying another word. Connor watched her leave for a moment before following her. "Hey!" His answer hadn't meant no. It had really meant that he would think about it. | |

Mary stopped and turned to face him. She tried to keep her face impassive. There might not be anyone around but someone could show up and see them so she had to look calm. She couldn't be emotional around her people. That was weakness she couldn't afford. "You didn't do anything." "Look." Connor said. "I will try to work something out but I'm not promising anything." He looked around for a moment, not knowing what to say. So he chose to be honest with her. "I don't know you. You were brought here against your will, and while I'm trying to make this situation as pleasant for you as possible, it could be dangerous for both of us to have you wandering around camp alone." | |

Bellamy smiled. "Thank you, your majesty." He started to walk away before anybody could get suspicious. He started looking around for Octavia. After a couple minutes of searching he went to Sebastian. Octavias eyes lit up again. She started to nod excitedly but then had the thought of drugged food. She looked less excited. She didn't want to be drugged but that would be the best way to keep her down. | |

Connor smirked slightly when he saw how excited she got. "Don't they have food where you're from?" He chose to ignore the second reaction she gave. He wasn't going to drug her food. Not now at least. Bellamy still wasn't thrilled about Sebastian hanging out with Octavia a lot but he knew that he was his best shot. "Do you have any idea where my sister is?" Octavia nodded. "I didn't eat yet today." She admitted. Her training had kept her way too busy to stop and grab some food. | |

He knew that Bellamy wasn't his biggest fan and he could understand why, but it was unwarranted. He was friends with her and that was really it. Connor took her over to the food tent. Sebastian offered a few suggestions on where she could be. He wasn't sure but that was the places he could come up with. Connor explained what everything was as he went down the table, filling his plate as he went. "This isn't exactly exotic food. How do you not know what it is?" | |

She went and sat down with him. "I've been locked up one way or another my entire life." She nodded a little. "We still have about 2000 more people up in space that's waiting to come down. Most of them are soldiers too. All we have to do is send for help." | |

Connor gave her a look when she brought up the soldiers. "If you think you're threatening me, you're not. Anything happens all I have to do is send a message to my father and he'll send plenty more back up." | |

Sebastian searched for her for as long as he could spare before going to do what he needed to do. Once he was done he could go back to searching for her. He hated to abandon the search but, he hated to say this, he had other things to do. Connor didn't need to calm down. At least he didn't think so. He had just been stating a fact.
