Jeremy watched him, not quite understanding what clay was doing. Then he got it. "I'm disappointed with how you acted. If you disagree with something, you can discuss it with me. But having an outburst like that is not going to solve anything." He said in that same calm voice. Jeremy sounding so calm and not feeling any pain made clay look up at him. He saw no anger or rage on Jeremy's face, which confused clay. Why wasn't he fuming? Where was the belt that stung his skin or the fist that would send him crashing to the ground? | |
