Elena focused and listened to their conversation. Unsurprisingly, the hunter had found the body and reported it to the police. The body, a man, had been preserved pretty well thanks to the snow, but had been mostly eaten by scavengers. There were canine footprints in the area, but that wasn't proof of the killer. This body was older than the prints. Since Elena couldnt go over there to search for a scent, she turned and slunk back through the trees. She didn't want to get caught there. | |
