The adults ignored the two pups as they grew closer and closer to the deer. Malcolm and Dominic left while the rest of the pack went to chase the deer to where Malcolm and Dominic would be hiding. | |

The deer avoided him, but ran right into Dominic who vaulted on to it's back. Due to his weight, the deer went down easily. Malcolm went to kill it, but Dominic snapped at him and made the final blow as the alpha should. | |

Dominic ate while the rest of the pack waited with varying degrees of patience. Malcolm, Wally and Raymond Santos paced back and forth. Antonio and Dennis stood waiting like setters on point. Ross and cliff sat by the side lines, watching everyone and eagerly waiting their turn. Jeremy laid down with his head on his paws and Pete also laid down, knowing very well he wouldn't get to eat any time soon.

Jeremy then put his head back on his paws. Dominic grunted and motioned towards the carcass, saying Emily and Clay could come eat as well. There might not have ever been werewolf children before, but like many things, the pack followed real wolves. Clay excitedly went over and started to eat. | |

Dominic soon had his fill and walked away, leaving the next highest ranking wolf to eat. However, it was unclear who was the next highest ranking wolf. Technically, it should have been Gregory as he was Dominic's oldest son but he didn't participate, and since Benedict (his second oldest son) didn't live in the states anymore, Antonio usually ate second. However Malcolm had joined in the hunt this time. Jeremy, as if knowing what would happen next, got clays attention and called him over. Just as clay was going over to Jeremy, Antonio and Malcolm both approached the kill from opposite sides. They glared across the deer at one another. Malcolm flattened his ears against his head and raised his hackles. Antonio lowered his head between his shoulder bladed and snarled. There was plenty if meat and room for both of them but that didn't matter. | |
