Clay nodded. He looked really worried still Elena came to a somewhat busy road. She stood in the shadows of the trees as she looked behind her where her stalker was to the road. Both ways were danger and she put her ears back; not knowing what to do. | |

Clay nodded Elena kept going. She had to out distance between her, the pack, and whoever was following her. The problem with leaving the pack's territory, though, was that she didn't know the area. Around Stonehaven's border, she knew where the hunters liked to put traps. Here she didn't. And while she could normally smell the human scent before getting anywhere near the trap, a few were carefully hidden. | |

One night, though, the person stalking her had found her again and she took off. She ended up getting her foot stuck in a trap. It hurt, but wasn't life threatening as long as she could get out. But that was easier said than done. Luckily, the person stalking her, a werewolf she didn't know, found her and let her out. But she got away once she was free. Now she had a problem. She couldn't run or fight with her paw mangled like it was. But she wasn't going to crawl back to Stonehaven. If she went back here wasn't much of a chance of leaving again. She had to get patched up though, so she went to the only other place she could think of. Bela's house. By noon the next day, she found herself at Bela's front door. She barked loudly and pawed at the door. | |
