Carson couldn't take living at the Sanctuary anymore. He had never wanted to come here in the first place, but he had adapted. He didn't have a choice. But Amber's mother's murder had pushed him over the edge. So he secretly talked to Mark and Amber and the three of them made a plan. They were leaving and they were going to get Trevor to help them. Once they left, they'd need a place to stay, and he needed a way out. So late at night Carson let Trevor out and the two snuck outside. Amber and Mark soon met up with them and the small group went to the back fence. They were all worried about getting caught, although the guard had been drugged by Carson. There was still the risk of someone else catching them though. (Which is where you come in. If Dwight could find them?) | |

The group heard him before they saw him, but had no where to hide. Amber began to panic when she saw that it was Dwight and not someone that might want to come with them. She didn't think that one of Negan's higher ups would take this lightly. Mark tried to calm his girlfriend. He couldn't do much else, considering he could only see out of the eye on the side of his face that hadn't been burnt. Most of his face was bandaged up. Carson wasn't much of a fighter, but put himself between Dwight and Amber and Mark. He didn't speak. What could he say? Trevor watched Dwight, ready to fight once more. This was his chance out and he wasn't going to waste it. | |

Trevor tried to block him from the rest of the group. He grunted in pain when his injured hand took too much of the force. Carson watched the two. "Please, Dwight. Let us go." He pleaded. Amber and Mark took this as their chance. They climbed the fence and ran. Amber had to help Mark out as he was struggling to avoid running into things. She didn't want to leave Carson and Trevor behind, but she wasn't going to risk being caught and killed. | |
