Site Owner Posts: 236425 | She'll get mad at him for something stupid, like coming up to visit and spending the whole time, over an hour and a half, on the phone. So she says something and then expects me to back her up, meaning yell at him and take his anger. But if I ever fight with him she's either no where to be seen, playing both sides, or just ignoring it. She still claims that she wasn't there when my dad broke my ribs but she was laying on the couch watching. Or when he was threatening to break my car windows to steal my stuff out of my car, she was acting like a neutral third party. Saying I was wrong but he didn't act like that. Thanks bitch. When he was out of the room she was agreeing with me. But what should I expect? She wasn't there for me growing up, why would she be there for me now? | |

We've done more together since my dad left than all the years when he was around combined. But then she does stuff like that and I think that she's just trying to buy my loyalty. She knows that she couldn't compete with my dad if he would be nice to me, so she makes sure we're fighting. And even if she does stuff with me, she doesn't seem all that interested. We go to a zoo and she walks around a little but then sits on a bench and tells me to go see what I want. Yeah. I'm in a zoo I don't know in a city I don't know with no cell phone or way to contact her. That seems safe. Not to mention this is the woman who as a practical joke left me at a rest stop in Florida alone when I was little. | |
