Jeremy had said not to be there. Clay wasn't ready for it yet. But Antonio hasn't listened. He also didn't listen when Jeremy had told him not to make any sudden movements around the boy. As soon as Jeremy opened the door, Antonio jumped on him and the two rolled down the steps and into the grass. Clay, not understanding that they were playing, lunged. He grabbed a hold of Antonio and bit into his shoulder. | |

There was a reason she had divorced Emily's father than got a restraining order. When Emily's stepdad was around it didn't really matter. She pushed Emily to the back door. "I want you to go find help. I want you to not come back by yourself, okay? Can you do that?" Emily nodded. Michelle kissed her head then put her out, locking the door behind her. She then went back up and let the man in. Emily and Leo ran into the woods that their house was backed against, freezing when a gun shot echoed through the air. She looked back at the house. Jeremy called clay over and the three went inside. Clay changed back after a while and got dressed, which he didn't understand. He didn't like clothing, but put up with it for Jeremy. He got more food when he did things Jeremy liked. Nick hadn't lost Daniel yet, but not from lack of trying. The two walked in the woods. | |

Nick stopped when he saw her. He stayed hidden in the trees, but could see her pretty well. While not nearly as unsocialized as clay, he didn't have much interaction with humans. So the girl was intriguing to him. He watched her for a little bit before stepping out of his hiding spot. "Hey." Daniel made a face when they got to Emily. Humans were gross. They were beneath him. He didn't understand why Nick was bothering with her. | |
