Elena padded quietly along with Sam. She couldn't care less about Ruby. She could wander off and Elena wouldn't bat an eye. She wasn't a fan of clay either, but might miss him. Just a little. Clay walked with Ruby. He kept an eye on Elena as always, but his attention was on his surrounding. He was always waiting for an attack. | |

Sam walked, doing his best to figure out where to go. He was doing a pretty good job at it too. He couldn't wait to change back into a human and call Dean. Dean was probably worried sick! Ruby trotted along. Pretty soon she thought she heard something and froze, watching into the darkness in that direction. Her nose was twitching as she tried to smell what was on the air. | |

Sam noticed the other two stopped and stopped with them. Ruby stayed still for another couple seconds before taking off into the woods. She had heard a branch crack. And She was able to smell just the smallest hint of pine, mud, and blood on the wind. That smell belonged to a woman. | |

Sam watched them. He looked at Elena, not sure what to do. Ruby ran for a while before stopping right in front of her. She wagged her tail excitedly as the woman watched her, holding a loaded bow up. She slowly started to lower it. | |

Sam sighed, noticing Elena leave. Okay. So apparently they wouldn't be waiting for the other too. He trotted a few steps to be back by her side again before slowing his pace down to a walk. She lowered it completely. "Red? What are you doing out here?" Ruby's tail started wagging faster. She ran over and checked them over, gently nudging her arm where a large gash was. She whimpered at her. | |

Clay didn't pay too much attention to Ruby. He was watching the other person intently. If she made a move, he would end her. No question. | |

Sam walked. He thought this was nice. The air wasn't too warm or too cool. It was a perfect night to be out here. If there weren't puppies needing her, he would have been trying to be out here as long as possible. The forest was quiet. Almost too quiet, even for night. It was like the world was holding its breath. The girl looked nervously around, then woosh! An arrow came in, straight for the girls. The lady got in front of Ruby, getting shot in the shoulder. "Go!" She said, pulling it out and taking off. Ruby ran with her, helping to guide her through the forest. | |

Elena walked. She didn't think about how nice it was. Normally she would. This would have been the perfect night to run. All she could think about was getting home. Clay turned towards where the arrow came from and snarled a deep, scary snarl. He stayed put, wanting to protect Ruby. | |

Sam eventually got back? Ruby was doing really the only thing she could think of. She was leading the lady back to Jeremy. He could help her. She walked in front of her, glancing back every few seconds to make sure that she was still following. | |
