Asa came out from behind the tree when big foster was inside. "Don't you ever try to pull that shit again!" Big Foster yelled at G'win. "I am the bren'in. Not you. So you don't get to decide anything, especially not if we bring outsiders in." "Your mother, the real bren'in, put me in charge. If you wouldn't have murdered her before she made it official you wouldn't have any power." G'win answered. "You don't know anything!" Big foster growled before throwing a potted plant at G'win. G'win dodged it. "I know a lot more than you think I do. So do a lot of the others. You can't get away with this." "If you're so sure I killed her, why do you think I wouldn't do the same to you? She was my ma after all. She meant a lot more to me than you." Big foster said G'win screamed when she was nearly pushed out of a window. The drop wouldn't kill her, but it certainly wouldn't feel good. She clung to the window frame and broken pieces of glass, tearing her hands up, before managing to pull herself back inside. She crawled over to a small pair of gardening shears and stabbed big foster in the side. But before she could escape, he grabbed her around the throat. Without any difficulty, he lifted the much smaller girl up by her neck so she was eye to eye with him. Her feet kicked uselessly as she hung there, choking. "You are going to pay for what you've done to me. And don't think I don't know about the poison." Big foster said before dropping her, breaking a few more pots, and leaving. G'win gasped for air on the floor. | |
