You have not been accepted back to St. Vladimirs, and I find it unlikely that another school would take you. You will never be a guardian, but perhaps a nonroyal might hire you for protection. I'm Lissa's guardian." "You are no such thing." Tatiana said. "Guardian Belikov is her guardian and she will soon be assigned another." Dimitri took a step forward. He looked completely out of his element, and a little frightened. "If I may speak, your majesty?" When he wasn't told no, he continued. "The princess and miss Hathaway have a bond like in the old legends. It would be a terrible thing to waste. I'm not saying that she isn't... Reckless.
