Site Owner Posts: 235945 | As the two drove by the store Tara had been taken at, jax stopped suddenly, seeing someone laying on the ground. The person was skin and bones, literally. You could count every bone on this poor woman's body. As jax cautiously approached, he recognized the body as Tara. She was covered in cuts, bruises, and burns. The only weight she seemed to have was in her distended stomach. She somehow still had the beginnings of a baby bump, although it was much too small for how far along she was in her pregnancy. It was amazing she was still pregnant with how starved she was, it looked as if she had only been fed enough to keep her alive while she had been gone. Jax gently checked for a pulse. It was faint, but there. | |
