Daryl hurried and got some, quickly bringing it back. Although he was normally big and tough acting, and although he didn't know the gut well, Daryl was still really worried about him. Daryl kept glancing at Tara, asking if she needed help. Mike smiles. "I know that you are aware of this, but we are getting old and won't be around forever. We need to start thinking about someone to take over the town once we're gone." They needed probably years to find the right person and train them. He didn't want his town to go to just anybody, and especially not to someone who would change how they do things. | |

Daryl helps, still nervous. He was expecting an attack still, and found himself paying attention to every little sound, even more than normal. Mike shook his head a little. "I've seen a few good people that have the leadership skills, but none that would keep things going. We may have to take somebody in and train them our ways. I'm sure they'll come to terms with it." He let out a little sigh, knowing that this was an impossible task. He couldn't give up hope though. After all, he didn't agree with it at first, but learned to accept it. | |
