Peter, surprisingly, got ahold of charlie after some time, but it had been to late. Jerry had come after them already. He had injured Charlie's mother in a car crash after blowing . Peter instructed Amy, Charlie's girlfriend, and Charlie to come back to his place. Peter hung up the phone. Why was all of this coming back now? He thought that he had gotten away from real vampires.

Sam nodded a thanks and he stumbled towards the closet, running into the couch and the door to the closet before he opened it up. He bent down to grab his bag, mostly bringing it because he didn't know what he was doing. There was a fight in his head whether or not he should leave or not.  He walked towards the front door, leaning against the door frame, trying to keep himself steady. "Thanks..."

Steve raised an eyebrow, his arms crossed, "Okay you're telling me what's going on whether you like it or not." He said, noticing Peter's commands to a girl named Amy to come over immediatly

Peter sat down in a chair with a sigh. "Wheather you want to believe this or not, vampires are real. That picture over there is an insignia for one of the strongest breeds there are. And he's here in the city." peter told him solemly. He didn't, however, tell him how he knew the vampire.

Steve did a double take, not for sure he was hearing Peter right. Okay either he was draming, or Peter was stoned or something, "I'm sorry what?" He said, tilting his head. He crossed his arms, suddenly getting serious, "You're kidding right?" He asked, even though the look on Peter's face told him otherwise.

Sam had his hand around the door knob when Laurie asked to visit, a sinking feeling in his stomach. He couldn't do this to her. He told her that he'd stay... He let go of the door knob and dropped his bag to the floor, leaning down and unzipping it, grabbing his gun. He stuffed it in his back pocket, "Alright, you can come with."

Laurie smiles. "Danny, you're in charge!" She calls before rushing excitedly to his side.

Sam gave her a weak smile, surprised she was unphased about the gun he had slipped into his jeans. He laughed, "Sorry if this isn't too exciting." He said as he went to open the door again, it seeming to take more effort than it should have to get the door open. He felt the night air hit his face and he took a deep breath of it. "Where's the nearest grocery store?"

Sam nodded and headed in no particular direction before he had found a silver Prius. "We're driving this time." He didn't even care that Laurie was with him any more. As long as the kids didn't see, he didn't care. It was her choice to come with him. He pulled a random paper clip that he kept with him at all times and fiddled with the lock, the car unlocking after a minute or so. He opened the door and got in, accidently hitting his head on the way down. He unlocked the door for Laurie to get into the otherside as he ripped the bottom panel down. He started hotwiring the car and after a few tries, the engine roared to life.

Sam put the car in reverse, a bit of doubt passing through his mind before backing out. He put the car into drive and took off down the road, "Where is it?" he said glancing around, not seeing anything.

Sam pulled into a parking spot to a small store that was probably owned by some person who lived in the town. "You coming?" He asked Laurie before stepping out of the car. It really wasn't that intersting in his opinion. It was just a simple beer run and getting some salt just for his mental sake.

Laurie got out. As she did, she glanced into some trees, and stopped dead in her tracks, going pale.

Peter shook his head sadly. "no, but I wish I was kidding. A vampire is what killed my parents. They are real." he sighed. "but I didn't want to believe the kid. I thought I was finally rid of them. The real ones at least. I'm armed this time, thankfully." he said, looking around at all the weapons in his home.

Sam heard Laurie get out of the car, but didn't hear her follow him, "Laurie?" He asked as he stopped a few steps outside the door, turning around to see Laurie's face go pale, "Laurie!" He said again, his voice rising.

Steve ran a hand through his hair in disbelief, "Jesus f**king christ..." He said under his breath. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath and when he opened them, he was composed again. Just pretend like this is another case, "What do I need to do?" He said, his voice going buisness-like.

Peter scoffed and shook his head. "you don't do anything. That's how you stay alive- hopefully." he stood up and went to the kitchen. He poured himself another drink. Peter started heading back to the chair until there was a knock on the door. He slowly went and answered it. It was Charlie and Amy. He ushered them inside.

Steve watched as Peter went to the door and let Amy and Charlie in. He shrugged, knowing that Peter knew more about this than he did. He stayed put and studied the paper, trying to make sense of it.

Laurie kept staring. She shook her head, and did what any girl from a horror movie would do. She started walking towards the trees.
