Steve nodded as he turned left and he saw a pent house ahead, "Is that it?" He guessed. "So what's really inside of your house?" he asked, remembering what Peter had told Liam. Sam couldn't help but to be impressed, "Holy crap. That's pretty damn good." He said, smiling. Laurie seemed pretty smart with all of this. He's already gotten a lot of tips from her. He stopped thinking about that though because it always made him feel like some serial killer... | |

Steve smirked and got out of the car, “I’ve probably seen worse.” He said, laughing. It couldn’t be that scary really. Steve has seen a dead body before; he didn’t think that this would be a problem. He looked up at the pent house, sort of impressed. | |

Steve followed Peter inside the building and looked around a little before walking into the elevator. He looked over at Peter and laughed, “Will your ‘girlfriend’ be there?” he asked. "yeah, she should be there." they quickly got up to the right floor and peter walked out. He gave a friendly nod to the guard before going into his place. He held the door and waited for steve. | |

Steve followed Peter out of the elevator, noticing the guard outside of the door. He raised an eyebrow; so this was what it was like to be a ‘star’. “Well she can’t be worse than Liam right?” he said. He was hopeful that she wasn’t as bad as Liam because at least he wasn’t still dating Liam. | |

The whole place looked like an old, gothic castle or something. "you'll see in a second." peter told him as he went into a different room. This was more house like. Steve followed Peter into his pent house and blinked a couple times before his eyes got used to the darkness. He glanced at all of the cases full of old artifacts and other things. He wished he could get a better look at them just out of curiosity. Also, it reminded him of a friend of his and how much she loved this type of stuff. He continued to follow Peter into the living room/kitchen area and heard him call out for Ginger, "Maybe... she's not here?" | |

Peter looked around. This part of his home was lighter. It was just a normal place other than the decorations. Not like the first room. "I guess not-" he was interrupted as Ginger walked into the room. She had a carton of ice cream in one hand and a remote in the other. "what do you want?" she yelled at Peter. "i was watching my show!" She glanced over at Steve and smiled. "hello." her speech was slurred a little by her Spanish accent. Peter narrowed his eyes. "you were TiVo'ing it you lazy cow." | |

"midori." peter told her, sounding a bit commanding. Ginger was his assistant after all. Thats how they had met in the first place. ginger narrowed her eyes and glared at peter. When Ginger asked what his name was he looked back at her, "Um... Steve Jinks." he said, hoping there was no nicknames to come. That's what usually happened with people like Ginger. Steve restrained himself from rolling his eyes when Ginger gave him the beer. He was really tempted to smash it over her goddamn head. He slid his hand over his beer, using his ring as a bottle opener and took a swig of beer. "It's just Steve..." He said dryly to Ginger, his face stern. Why didn't she just get off of her high horse? | |

Steve relaxed a little after she left and let out a sigh, "Yeah it's fine though. You had to endure Liams shit." He said, his eyes still on her bedroom, making sure she wouldn't come back out. He took another drink of his beer, "I guess we're even though." | |
