They were just in the forest, far enough from the ranch to not be overheard, but close enough to escape to if something went wrong. She wasn't scared of Bash, but there were other people to fear. Junior walked out of the line. "This morning, while I was packing my things to leave, this two men came into my camp. They were covered in blood and bits of animal fur. I asked them if they were okay. The one bolted, but the other one attacked me. I fought him off, but he ran away before I could do anything else. But he dropped this." He pulled a knife in a sheath out of his pocket and handed it to Mary. By the expression on Mary's face, it was clear she also knew this knife. She gently touched a little symbol on it. "This is Francis's. How could they get his knife?" "Well, there are two ways I could think of. One, they broke in and stole it at some point. It could have been before or after his death. Or two, someone in the household wanted you two dead, and they gave it to them." Bash answered. | |

Katherine would have just gone after me, not Francis. No one else hates us that much." Bash looked down for a moment. "What about someone from Scotland? They could have been angry at the alliance." Mary narrowed her eyes. "Are you accusing one of my people- one of my friends- of this?" "No, not one of your friends. But right before you left there was a rather large party of Scots that came to town. A few stayed with us, remember?" Bash said. | |

Omg, Shawn and Chris quit Megadeth today! They were about to start recording a new album in jan. and start touring again in August! How could they do this to me??? My dad wouldn't let me get a Daryl action figure. *heavy sigh* Oh, and I saw a movie today that the actress who plays/played (I'm sure she dies at some point) Andrea was in. Junior went to his friends. Bash sighed. "you need to be careful, Mary. They may not want to kill you right away, but I'm sure they still want you dead." Mary looked down. "I know... Daryl is going to teach me to protect myself." she looked up at Bash. "but will you stay? I'll feel better if you're around, not that I don't trust Daryl and his friends ability to protect me." | |
