Even though she was only 16, she had been given her promise mark, making her a guardian. There was a secret in that tattoo though. Compulsion. A very powerful Earth user had put a compulision charm on Moroi blood and mixed that in the ink. All the promise marks now had them, making all the new guardians loyal to the Moroi. | |
