Autumn: she climbed to the top of a large hill, her herd near the river- there primary water source, the wind blew hard snapping her man back and flickering behind her, she took a deep breath, taking in all of the smells and scents, she could pick out some key members of the herd. The smell of the flowers, and the breath of the river. She was watching when she heard a familiar noise and she turned her head towards the human camp, they were summoning her- she turned back to the herd and whinnied loudly, and ended it with a gruff snort, basically: “show time guys, move it” she waited for the few human trained to come up to her

D e l u s i o n s of G r a n d e u r The mare was covered by a canopy of trees, letting the warm sunlight pour through the branches and dapple her back. Her long tail twitched at its base, sending a wave down the length of it. Her head was lowered to the grass, nipping at it and consuming its sweet taste. Stretching out a front leg, she rubbed the side of her head against her forearm. She was content with being by herself, away from everyone. It allowed there to be no time for drama, but she would insert herself in a situation if it called so. When hearing a long neigh ending with a snort, her ears perked before her head rose. By the authorative sound of it, it was Autumn. Time to move. Della began her trek from the bottom of the hill, towards the rest of the herd. Her head bobbed up and down with her slow pace, taking her sweet time. But as Mita, a peppy stallion, came rushing past her in an uneven canter, shouting over his withers a dual in racing, she took the challenge. With a toss of her head and a flick of her tail, Della was off, hooves thundering against the grassy earth after Midnight Memories.

мσσηѕ σƒ αѕу∂ια Standing near the herd, Asydia grazed upon the long grass blades that tickled under her belly. When she heard the call of Autumn giving out the direction, Asydia knew it was time to go, and she obeyed by trotting her way into the herd where she was greeted by Pheonix Lights and Symphony Sweet, who both held their heads high. Symphony trotted with such grace and confidence, it sent a ping of jealousy through Asydia, who looked away quickly only to hear the thunderous beats of hooves coming from the distance. With a small snort, Asydia swung her head to see Delusions of Grandeur and Midnight Memories, in a race to catch up with the herd. It amused Asydia to see the two racing each other, but her show was soon interrupted by a nudge on het hind quarters; it was Poncho, sending her a message to move along. With another small snort, Asydia picked up her pace flicking her tail in annoyment, smacking Poncho in the face. This made Poncho bounce forward to Asydia's right side, shoving her over with his body. (Meh.)

Autumn: she held her self-tall, her sleek coat shimmered in the light, the sun Was high, and the day young, her ears were forward listening to the sound of her herd heartbeat, each pulse a hoof that slams into the ground, a small ripple of their power, it nearly sent a shiver down her sine every time she herd them, and they were a part of her herd. She let a smile flow across her lips she wanted nothing but to be the best for them in every way. She had even nearly gave up finding a mate knowing she might not lead the herd best well swollen with a foal, or nursing one. But this year seemed different- but the chances any of the stallions would want her felt slim. Yes she was lead mare, but she had trouble focusing on relationships, most of the friend ships she acquired as a foal seemed to have slipped away. Now they were only glances and short talks between them. At this point all she felt like she had was the herd. She shook her self, sending her ebony mane from one shoulder to another, there was no time for self-pity or thoughts such as this. This was important. She had called this meeting for two reasons: one, the Indians would be going on there hunt soon, and secondly, she was looking for a Co-leader for her herd. She simply wanted to put it out there for those interested in such a position.
Disgrace: she was in the shadows of a small forest looking out she say hardly anything, the shapes all burred together at such a distance, she hardly depended upon sight anymore, most of her movement, and activity’s came with smell, and hearing. She used the little eye site she had left to dodge trees or large roots that would trip her, when she herd the call of her leader she trotted towards the sound at once, she normally enjoyed it when everyone go together, she liked the warm smell of the herd and all the soft noises they make when in a meeting, though she preferred to be alone, small social things like this helped her feel more a part of the herd than anything else. She learned to feel comfortable with isolation after the accident when she was young. It wasn’t fun to play with the filly who couldn’t see and she understood that, that when she found her love for herbs. You dident need to see them, infact it was better to learn them by smell in her opinion, but as she got closer to the lead mare her thoughts silenced and now all she could think about was what was to come next.
Ghost: he heard the lead mare call and her looked over at disgrace, he always managed to linger around her when he was scouting, she seemed a bit daft when it came to safety, she traveled much farther then more other impaired horses would dare, weather she caught the scent of a pictorially helpful plant or just got lost in a day dream. He knew wolves and other things could sense her weakness, but he gave her credit for being such a stubborn arse. He walked towards the meeting not too key on having to let that boy ride him again, the wound on his cheek was still there and his sides ached from being kicked repeatedly, the boy was so angry. At one point ghost bucked him off he got so tired of it, and autumn scolded him with a firm nip to the ear, and told him “you’re the horse, he’s just a colt- be patient” but ghost wasn’t convinced that was the correct action to take the boy needed to be taught a lesson of respect.
Wind: he was flying through the meadow, his legs pulsing, her mane behind him and forgotten, her muscle burned with pleasure, the air filled his longs, and in his mind it only burned for him to move faster, by the time his stopped he was at the river, breaths shaken, he had been conditioning himself, sweat was a sleek finish on his coat now, and his throat craved water, but he let his breathing relax before he dipped his lips into the water to quench him. He had been going sense a few hours after sun rise, he was thankful he didn’t participate in those fleshy things riding him, he had a natural hate for the two leggers he didn’t share often, but when offered to ride he had made it clear he wanted nothing to do with it. Then he herd autumns call, for some reason she had a- love? For the humans, it made no sense to him, but he was loyal, she had never led them wrong so he went to her call.

Will do, bby. xD P h e o n i x L i g h t s His white ears flickered to all the sounds of hooves trotting against the soil. He found himself trotting closer to Autumn and farther away from Symphony who didn't seem to mind, letting her dignity overshine everybody else with each step she took. He had to admit, it was hard not to baffled by her classy attitude, spunk, and silver shining coat. But Pheonix wasn't interested in her like that, they had grown up together and he soon accepted her to be his sister, and so did she. Once he could smell the scent of Autumn grow stronger, he let himself shake out his mane before calling out to her. "So where are we going?" Pheonix whinnied up to her, snorting in content at the movement of the herd. He slowed his pace to a walk now, right up behind Autumn by a few other horses who seemed to concentrated on following Autumn quietly, awaiting to see where she was leading them.

Member Posts: 6845 | Autumn: she smiled at Phoenix as he came closer then addressed the herd " thank you, I'm sorry to disturb. Any of your activity but the humans have called to us for this mornings hunt- but also I wanted to address something- this year I plan on taking a mate" she kinda blushed but she kept her composure " so I'll be seeking someone to help lead the herd in my absence, so if anyone is interested please let me know" she said standing up straighter "but know that rank weighs heavy. And I will will still be your leader. I just want the best for my herd and taking on less responsabilitys will leave me more focus on my own." She looked around at the eye boring at her " so that stated "tribe horses- with me, the rest of u may return to whatever u were doing. Stay safe." She smiled and turned towards the tribe and started walking- speeches weren't her thing and she always felt stupid after words
