About a month ago, one of my parakeets, Jack, got a tumor. I thought it would be the end, but she was bad for a day, then acted like her normal self. Yesterday, Jack started staying at the bottom of the cage with her head under her wing panting. I think the tumor turned into cancer or it's pushing on her intestines. Her mate, Annie, is like calling desperately to her, and watching her. He's charging at me when I get to close. He knows. I'm having to say good bye to my Jack. I'd be surprised if I had her next time I see you guys. On Friday, we are going to put down my 16 year old dog who was the first dog I ever had contact with. - The 11th looked around.
